
I am in love with the Trump Tower. It dominates the downtown and is kaleidoscopic in the manner available light is reflected off of it.

I decided to try this in HDR, I did not like the blotchy results. I ended up combining the HDR output with a filtered version of one of the originals. The effect is much more pleasing.

Our guide, Tom, picked us up at 6-an-a-little-am, this was the second set-up after the Totems. The sense of distance was amazing.

It will take me ages to go through all the images I shot at this place. We were fortunate and only saw 5 other people here for over a 2-hour period.

Shot the same frosty morning as the leaf image. It was very hard to isolate the background so that the bud remained the main object. I was also surprised how few buds were in somewhat pristine condition.
